This month’s Genre’s theme is South Asia.  If you’re not familiar with Genre,  it’s a monthly event that celebrates different cultures, diversity and genres in Second Life. It helps SL residents discover the different flavors and lifestyles that make up Second Life.

The South Asia theme is my favorite theme so far. I love the rich, jeweled textures, the elaborate gold jewelry, henna tattoos, all which can be paired with more modern items for an ethnic flavor. Go check out the event. It has quality designers from smaller brands that are definitely worth visit. The event has everything from clothing, accessories to furniture. More to come from Genre!
