There’s a new hair designer in town, and I’m all for supporting new talent, especially when it comes to hair. Castellian Hair is new and making waves (no pun intended) with this new Rachel style. Definitely bed head at its finest. Creator Mariah Felicci has entered the hair market with a couple designs, including a feminine and pretty freebie available in her Marketplace store.
