Blogging Anniversary!

Not only am I marking my 4-year rez date soon, I’m celebrating my 3rd year with this here blog. Hard to believe I’ve kept up with it, but it’s really been a vehicle and outlet for my creative tendencies. Plus it keeps my nose clean and out of trouble.

I remember when I first joined SL, I looked around at the clothes and thought “Why does everyone dress like a prostitute? There has to be something better than this.” That’s when I discovered the SL feeds and Milla Michinaga’s style blog. Little does she know, but she showed me the way to better stores and clothes. Once I started going, I thought, “Hey, I can do this and wow, this is really fun!” Milla’s style really stood out for me. Her rocker girl/sophisticated edge really speaks to me and I tried to adopt it. Early on, she opened my eyes to the world of mix and match. I once  met her at a fashion blogger event and in true fan girl fashion, all I could say was “Hi, Milla.” She’s much smaller in person and drop-dead gorgeous. /fangirl

The kind and creative ladies (Callie, Harper, Sexy, et al) that run the fashion blogger group have opened up the Fashion Blogger sim in Stereo Vogue. Here’s a picture from my new girly office located there. (I get to share space with WhipStitch — Feed the Models, and their space is super-cool.)

    1. Hi, Milla! Awww…excuse me while I swoon for a minute! You rock…and I missed your blogging style while you were gone. SO happy you’re back! \o/

  1. Congratulations on both birthdays!

Milla Michinaga was also the one who caught my eye and the reason why i’ve started to have a regular look at feeds and some other blogs, including yours. I still remember the style of the outfit she was wearing the first time i’ve noticed her blog and the boots she was wearing.

I used to Roleplay on Urban style sims at that time and the looks of both of you were definately one of my first source to know what was new and good.

    1. Hi, Tana! Thank you so much!

You, too?! Yeah, I totally blame Milla for my addiction. Haha. I’m positively flattered that you looked to my styles. That’s super-cool. A million thank-you’s, chica. I love your style as well. Keep it up!
